People, connecting.
ALTERNATIVES: GENDER, COMMUNITY AND REGENERATION is a one-day forum that seeks to bring together scholars, researchers and practitioners working on or interested in the broad fields of gender and urban regeneration.
Its aim is to open spaces for alternative, challenging debates around what are now mainstream discussions on gender and urban regeneration and will consist of a range of formats, including: research/paper presentations; workshops; open format lightning talks; and audio/visual presentations.
Its scope is interdisciplinary and hopes to gather individuals working in different areas, so as to stimulate the breadth of exchange of ideas.
